This is absolutely incredible. Stunning. I can see you've put a lot of time and care into making this. I am LOVING the textural pattern in the hair, the values are simply gorgeous and I really like how you didn't prop him dead center, I like the quarter side view look. How long did it take you to make this and what medium did you use? You have a real talent and are a really good realistic artist. Continue doing what makes you happy and I hope I can see some more of your lovely and really stunning art pieces.
You really don't stop to paint, and you're making incredible things!
I admire the sense of nobleness and solidity here. The texture. The colors.
But... I know you love color pencils, maybe i'm stll not used to it. Somehow i still feel the lack of something to be even more real, appealing, alive. It just looks static for me. I suggest you to draw and paint figures in action, movement, more expressive.
I'm also waiting to see an original creation of yours, without reference. What do you think?
Anyway, it's just me challenging you, maybe you don't need or like this other Kind of stuff...
Lovely! My favourite parts are the eyes and the background. You are amazing with the eyes! The upper part of the fur looks great too. Down there I'd like to see a little more of shading, because light parts are in the same shade everywhere and I imagine there should be some shade. But if the cat is just evenly lightened then it's perfect And once more I need to say how much I love the eyes!
